Early Alert Program — Information for FacultyThe Early Alert Program is a retention tool designed to increase student success and persistence. Early Alert provides a systematic way for faculty to identify students early in the semester who are having difficulties in class or need extra help to improve their academic performance. Identified students are contacted by the Student Success & Leadership Institute (SSLI) and provided an opportunity to utilize a variety of Truman College support services (i.e. tutoring, advising, success workshops). The system allows both faculty and student services professionals to be proactive in assisting students. There are three simple steps:
