The Cosgrove Library is now offering off-campus access to some electronic library databases. Off-campus access to these library databases is available only to current Truman College students, faculty, and staff.

Student Instructions:

1. To access library databases off-campus, you need to know your Student Username and Password.
2. After finding out your Student Username and Password, go to the Library Catalog page and click on "Login/My Record" on the left menu to login to your library account.
3. Click on "Begin Your Search" on the left to start search any of the databases.

Faculty/Staff Instructions:

If you are a new faculty/staff member or if you have not yet had a library account to access library databases from off-campus, please send an e-mail message (using the subject heading "Off-campus access") to Fred Shotlow, Jr. (fshotlow@ccc.edu) with the following information:

1. Your last name, first name, and middle initial
2. Your job title
3. Your department
4. Your phone extension
5. Your Employee ID number (can be found on your COA)

After receiving your information, we will set up a faculty/staff patron record for you. We will inform you via e mail once your patron record has been set up. You can then follow Steps 2 and 3 of the Student Instructions to access the library databases from off-campus. Please contact the reference desk at 773-907-4868 if you have any questions.
